Program Description:

The MassArt International Exchange Programs are full immersion programs at one of our reciprocal exchange partner host institutions. Students enroll directly in the host institution abroad but pay MassArt tuition and fees. Most forms of financial aid apply, but it is important to check with the financial aid office for more information. Be sure to visit our website for more information on the steps to study abroad.

Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology is located on a suburban campus about an hour bus ride from the center of Bangalore in Southern India. Bangalore is the third most populous city in India and is known for its temperate climate.

Please note:
You may not apply to an outside program until a completed IEC Semester Away Learning Agreement has been submitted to the IEC.

Term 1: August - November
Term 1 Deadline: March 31st

Term 2: January - May
Term 2 Deadline: October 31st

Credit and Classes:
Students can take 16-18 credits per semester.

Once accepted, the host institution coordinates approved accommodation off campus.

Costs to Consider:
In addition to paying MassArt tuition and fees, you should consider the additional costs of studying abroad. You are responsible for purchasing plane tickets, housing, health and travel insurance, food, additional local travel and personal expenses. It may be against visa regulations in your study abroad country for you to work. If you are allowed to work, it may be difficult to to find short-term employment. Be prepared!
